Website Support Packages

The Internet Marketeer™ offers a selection of maintenance plans to fit your needs and budget. If you do not want to commit to a regular maintenance programme, then you can buy “hours” on an Adhoc basis if required.

Website Maintenance Plans:

Bronze Maintenance Package

2 hours per month of email and website support. This can include setting up email addresses for you, content change or addition, image change or addition. This does not include design changes to your website and is ideal for smaller companies who need that little extra help.

Silver Maintenance Package

5 hours per month of email and website support. This can include setting up email addresses for you, content change or addition, image change or addition. This does not include design changes to your website and is ideal for small to medium companies who need regular.

Gold Maintenance Package

10 hours every month of email and website support. This can include setting up email addresses for you, content change or addition, image change or addition. This does not include design changes to your website and is ideal for larger companies who do not wish to manage email set up or website content changes in-house.

Bespoke Package

We can tailor a package to suit your needs POA.

Email Support

We will provide email support for server failures free of charge. But we do not have the expertise to support the setting up of software on Apple and mobile devices. In such cases you should contact your IT specialist or the person who supplied the software or device.
